    BAS Salary and Personnel Management is a ready-made solution that allows you to comprehensively automate tasks related to the calculation of personnel wages and the implementation of personnel policies, taking into account the requirements of legislation and the actual practice of enterprises. It can be successfully used in personnel management services and accounting departments of enterprises, as well as in other departments interested in the effective organization of employee work.

    KEEPING ACCOUNTS OF THE ACTIVITIES OF SOME ORGANIZATIONS

    With the help of “BAS Salary and Personnel Management” you can conduct personnel and accounting activities of several organizations, and both legal entities and individual entrepreneurs can act as separate organizations.

    CALCULATION AND ACCOUNTING OF SALARY

    The program provides a wide range of opportunities for developing employee motivation schemes using various performance indicators for both an individual employee and the enterprise as a whole. “BAS Salary and Personnel Management” ensures the maintenance of mutual settlements with the company’s employees, as well as accounting for labor costs:

    • the main forms of remuneration used in self-supporting enterprises have been implemented: time-based (using monthly, daily and several hourly tariff rates), piecework, as well as their variants using a bonus system;
    • for the most common accruals, calculation methods are already configured in the program (payment based on salary, additional payment up to the minimum salary, indexation, one-time bonus, etc.);
    • it is possible to pay for work under CPC agreements, author’s agreements and gig contracts for Action City resident organizations;
    • social insurance benefits, vacation pay, travel allowances and other similar accruals are automatically calculated based on average earnings;
    • accounting for mutual settlements with funds using social insurance;
    • the user can set up arbitrary accruals independently, using various standard formulas or creating his own;
    • calculation of deductions for writs of execution can be made taking into account the remuneration of the paying agent (post office, bank, etc.), in addition, you can set up other arbitrary deductions;
    • the possibility of remuneration in kind has been implemented, reflecting prizes and gifts, as well as other (non-salary income of individuals);
    • the amount and interest of the repaid loan can be calculated in various ways: differentiated, annuity payments, etc.
    • the advance can be paid in a fixed amount, a percentage of the tariff, or half a month;
    • Salary payments can be made through a cash desk, through a bank or through a distributor. We support the registration of deposits of salaries not received by employees, as well as the write-off of deposited amounts due to the expiration of the statute of limitations.

    In addition to conducting mass payroll calculations, BAS Salary and Personnel Management ensures the preparation of all the necessary standard forms for labor and wage accounting and other reports that allow you to obtain information for any payroll period:

    • payslips;
    • payment and payment information in standard and free form;

    “BAS Salary and Personnel Management” provides calculations regulated by law: personal income tax (NDFL), military duty and unified social contribution (USC):

    • accounting for various types of personal income tax;
    • calculation of insurance premiums both at the basic rate and at any preferential rate provided for by law;
    • it is possible to use a preferential tax scheme for enterprises that are residents of Diya City;
    • registration of various non-salary incomes of individuals for reflection in tax reporting;
    • the ability to keep records of the special length of service of employees (including certification of jobs), special forms of employment (working with part-time or non-fixed working hours) and reflecting the results in regulated reporting under the Unified Social Interest has been implemented.

    Based on the results of accounting for employee income, amounts of calculated taxes and contributions, data on payments to funds, regulated reporting, statistical and analytical reporting is generated:

    • “Tax calculation of the amounts of income accrued (paid) in favor of taxpayers – individuals, and the amounts of tax withheld from them, as well as the amounts of the accrued single contribution”;
    • “Report on arrears of wages” (form No. 3-debt);
    • “Labor report” (form No. 1-ПВ);
    • “Message about hiring an employee / concluding a gig contract”;
    • analysis of calculated taxes and contributions, etc.

    ACCOUNTING THE USE OF WORKING TIME

    A flexible time tracking mechanism allows you to:

    • describe various work schedules, including variables, and record only deviations from normal work schedule;
    • Record only actual accounting data based on time sheets.

    The program provides opportunities for creating and setting up various work schedules for employees: five-day, six-day, shift work; summarized accounting; part-time work, etc. You can fill out the schedule in the context of arbitrary types of use of working time: indicate not just the time of attendance, but, for example, for drivers, hours of work on the line and hours of repair (paid at different rates).

    The work schedule of an individual employee can be edited individually, and you can also clarify the number of hours actually worked by the employee.

    All deviations from the schedules are recorded in the program using special documents. These documents allow you to prepare printed forms of the relevant orders:

    • on provision of basic and additional leave;
    • about overtime work;
    • about working on weekends and holidays;
    • about temporary suspension of work (downtime);
    • about sending on a business trip, etc.

    Based on the data on hours worked and unworked, wages are calculated (time-dependent accruals) and a work time sheet is generated according to the standard form P-5.

    In BAS Salary and Personnel Management, a vacation schedule and accounting of vacation balances, both basic and additional, are maintained.

    LABOR RELATIONS, PERSONNEL BUSINESS, PERSONNEL ANALYSIS, MILITARY ACCOUNTING

    “BAS Salary and Personnel Management” ensures the storage of not only standard personal data of company employees, but also other official information, such as various additional details, office telephone numbers and other contact information.

    The program automates personnel records management, including filling out standard printed forms: execution of employment contracts, hiring (Form P-1), personnel transfers of employees, dismissal from the organization (Form P-4). Based on personnel data, an employee’s personal card (form P-2) is generated, containing all the necessary information, including information about general, continuous length of service and length of service for calculating the bonus for the length of service of the company’s employees.

    It supports accounting for new jobs, accounting for work with part-time or non-fixed hours.

    A wide range of reports allows you to analyze personnel composition in different aspects:

    • lists of employees;
    • reports on personal data of employees;
    • frame movements;
    • average number of employees, etc.

    The program supports the maintenance of military records and generates all the necessary information for provision to territorial recruitment and social support centers:

    • lists of personal military records;
    • list of citizens subject to registration at conscription stations;
    • statement of operational records of conscripts, military personnel and reservists;
    • message about changing credentials.

    STAFF SCHEDULE, STAFFING AND CONTROL OF THE WAGE FUND

    The staffing table makes it possible to plan staff and payroll. The staffing position contains information about the rank, category, division, accrual, additional payment, working conditions, work schedule and the number of days of vacation provided.

    When starting work, it is easy to fill out the staffing table according to the current staffing arrangement.

    It is possible to maintain the staffing table in a simplified form, as well as register all changes through documents and save the history of changes to the staffing table.
    Using the staffing table, you can analyze the planned and actual wage funds and staffing levels.

    When working with the staffing table, you can use only current units and positions, for which it is possible to indicate the dates of formation and disbandment of units, and provide an introduction to the staffing table and the exclusion of positions from it.

    SALARY FORMATION IN ACCOUNTING

    Based on the results of accruals and deductions carried out in the program, you can automatically prepare data for the formation of accounting entries, including for the formation of estimated liabilities (reserves).

    In this case, you can pre-set the detailing of amounts (analytics) with the degree of detail required for accounting. Reflection of salaries is possible either with details for employees or summarized.

    If the BAS Accounting program is used for accounting, then it is possible to combine the programs into a single information space (synchronize their data). Synchronization occurs automatically, according to specified regulations, and ensures compliance with information and programs.

    FLEXIBILITY AND CUSTOMIZATION

    The BAS Payroll and Personnel Management program implements general payroll and personnel management schemes and can be used in most self-supporting organizations.
